1. Press and hold the power button to turn the device on, then press it briefly to select a mode. We recommend the CALM mode for your first use.
2. Use the level button to set the intensity. Always start at Level 1 for your first use, then find the level that suits your skin as you continue. (Levels 1–3 available; CRYO mode has no level adjustment)
3. Apply enough of the dedicated gel to the head or your skin. The gel acts as a medium that transmits ultrasonic energy and can also be used together with your regular skincare products.
4. Bring the head into full contact with your skin and move it slowly. Reapply a little gel now and then so it doesn’t dry out. Staying in one spot too long may cause a warm sensation, so keep moving in a circular motion.
5. After ultrasonic care, use CRYO mode if needed. CRYO mode can also be used on its own, and it helps quickly cool warm skin for a more comfortable finish.
6. After your care session, gently pat any remaining gel or skincare product into your skin to help it absorb.

For the ultrasonic energy to transfer effectively, pair it with a water-soluble medium — a clear, watery, thin-textured product. Besides the dedicated gel, you can use an essence, ampoule, or serum, or a hydrating sheet mask with enough essence that adheres closely to the skin.

1. How do I charge the device?

A. Please use the included cable with a 5V/2A adapter. Adapters above 5V — including 9V — do not match the device and may damage it, so please avoid fast-charging adapters such as PD or QC, which negotiate 9V or higher as soon as they are connected. A full charge takes about 3 hours 30 minutes and lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes of use.

2. Do I need to wash off the dedicated gel?

A. The Moisture Booster Gel is a whitening and wrinkle-improvement functional cosmetic that has completed KFDA reporting. You’re welcome to wipe it off, but you can also simply pat any gel remaining on your skin after your care session to help it absorb.

3. How do I use CRYO mode?

A. CRYO mode can be used on its own, or as a finishing step after ultrasonic care (CALM / BOOST / TIGHT / GLOW). We recommend 3 minutes per session. Using it several times in a row may temporarily weaken the cooling performance, so please leave about 20 minutes to 1 hour between uses to let the device’s internal cooling module stabilize. If you still feel little to no cooling after a sufficient rest, please contact customer support.

4. How can I get after-sales service (A/S)?

A. After-sales service is provided for 2 years from the date you receive the product, and applies only to purchases made through glow.m’s official retailers. If the issue isn’t a product defect, some cost may apply. If cooling stops working or the power turns off, please check the power status, charge level, and whether the head is properly attached before reaching out.

5. Will there be any issues with customs for international shipping?

A. glow.m’s Cryo Sonic Pro and Booster Sonic are beauty devices sold for cosmetic purposes.
That said, clearance can be delayed or additional documents may be requested depending on each country’s customs requirements and local inspection process.
If you’re charged separate customs duties or import fees, how this is handled can vary depending on your order’s shipping terms — before paying, please send us the relevant notice or invoice along with your order number, and we’ll guide you from there.

6. How can I confirm this is an authentic product?

A. Products purchased through glow.m’s official retailers are authentic, officially distributed products.
If purchased through a channel that isn’t an official retailer, it may be difficult to confirm authenticity or whether official after-sales service applies — please make sure you’re buying from an official retailer before you purchase.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. Fulfillment begins shortly after an order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order or change your shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, canceling or changing the address may no longer be possible. If you reach out, we’ll check your order’s shipping status and let you know what we can do.

8. What’s the after-sales service (A/S) policy across products?

A. After-sales service is provided within each product’s warranty period, and applies only to purchases made through glow.m’s official retailers.

• Cryo Sonic Pro: 2 years from the date you receive the product
• Booster Sonic: 2 years from the date you receive the product

If the issue isn’t a product defect, some cost may apply.
Before filing a request, please run a self-check first, then send photos or video showing the issue along with your order number to glow.m customer support — we’ll review it and guide you through the right process.
Please keep the included warranty card, and include it with the product if you need to send it in for inspection later.

9. Can I use it while pregnant, or if I have skin trouble?

A. If you’re pregnant or wearing a pacemaker, please consult a doctor before use. Please avoid using the device on areas with wounds, inflammation, or infection, or on areas that have recently had a procedure or surgery.
Booster Sonic and Cryo Sonic Pro have not undergone separate safety testing specifically for use during pregnancy, so please consult your doctor before use if you're pregnant.
If you have metal dental appliances or implants at or near the treatment area — braces or implants, for example — you may feel vibration or brief tingling depending on the individual. If it feels uncomfortable, please avoid that area.
If you’ve recently had dental surgery or an implant procedure, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.

10. How do I charge each device?

A. Charging methods and recommended specs differ by product, so please check below.

• Booster Sonic: Does not support fast charging. Please use a 5V adapter and the included cable.
• Cryo Sonic Pro: Does not support fast charging. We recommend 5V/2A and using the included cable.

Please avoid fast-charging methods such as PD or QC for the Booster Sonic and Cryo Sonic Pro — using a charger that isn’t compatible with the device may cause it to malfunction.
