• The White mode uses 3MHz, the Green mode uses 10MHz, and the Blue mode is a dual ultrasonic mode combining 3MHz + 10MHz. The sound and vibration you feel may differ by mode depending on how each one operates.
• Before use, apply enough moisture, gel, or essence. Ultrasonic energy needs a medium like water or gel to transfer through. We recommend the dedicated gel, but you can also use a hydrating essence, ampoule, or serum you already use.
• We recommend 15 minutes per session. If it’s your first time, start with about 5 minutes and gradually increase from there.

1. What’s the frequency for each mode?
   The White mode is 3MHz, the Green mode is 10MHz, and the Blue mode combines 3MHz + 10MHz as a dual ultrasonic mode.
2. I see faint scratches on the head.
   Minor use marks or faint scratches can occur during pre-shipment testing. If you notice damage or deep scratches that suggest something’s wrong with how the device works, please contact customer support with photos.
3. Can I charge it with a fast charger?
   The Booster Sonic does not support fast charging. Please use the 5V adapter and included cable. Using a fast charger risks malfunction. A full charge takes about 180–240 minutes and lasts about 120–210 minutes of use.
4. Can I use it if I wear braces or dentures?
   The device is meant for skin only, so please don’t use it on your teeth or gums. When using it around your mouth, you may feel some vibration or a tingling sensation toward braces or dental prosthetics, depending on the individual. If it feels uncomfortable, please avoid that area.
5. Do I need to wash off the dedicated gel?
   The Moisture Booster Gel is a whitening and wrinkle-improvement functional cosmetic that has completed KFDA reporting. You’re welcome to wipe it off, but you can also pat any gel left on your skin after use to help it absorb. (This is the same gel used with the Cryo Sonic Pro.)
6. I’d like to request after-sales service (A/S).
   After-sales service is provided for 2 years from the date you receive the product, and applies only to purchases made through glow.m’s official retailers. If the issue isn’t a product defect, some cost may apply — reaching out after running a self-check first helps us assist you faster.
7. Will there be any issues with customs for international shipping?
   glow.m’s Cryo Sonic Pro and Booster Sonic are beauty devices sold for cosmetic purposes. That said, clearance can be delayed or additional documents may be requested depending on each country’s customs requirements and local inspection process. If you’re charged separate customs duties or import fees, how this is handled can vary depending on your order’s shipping terms — before paying, please send us the relevant notice or invoice along with your order number, and we’ll guide you from there.
8. How can I confirm this is an authentic product?
   Products purchased through glow.m’s official retailers are authentic, officially distributed products. If purchased through a channel that isn’t an official retailer, it may be difficult to confirm authenticity or whether official after-sales service applies — please make sure you’re buying from an official retailer before you purchase.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
   Fulfillment begins shortly after an order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order or change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, canceling or changing the address may no longer be possible. If you reach out, we’ll check your order’s shipping status and let you know what we can do.
10. What’s the after-sales service (A/S) policy across products?
    After-sales service is provided within each product’s warranty period, and applies only to purchases made through glow.m’s official retailers.
    - Cryo Sonic Pro: 2 years from the date you receive the product
    - Booster Sonic: 2 years from the date you receive the product
    If the issue isn’t a product defect, some cost may apply. Before filing a request, please run a self-check first, then send photos or video showing the issue along with your order number to glow.m customer support — we’ll review it and guide you through the right process. Please keep the included warranty card, and include it with the product if you need to send it in for inspection later.
11. Can I use it while pregnant, or if I have skin trouble?
    If you’re pregnant or wearing a pacemaker, please consult a doctor before use. Please avoid using the device on areas with wounds, inflammation, or infection, or on areas that have recently had a procedure or surgery. Booster Sonic and Cryo Sonic Pro have not undergone separate safety testing specifically for use during pregnancy, so please consult your doctor before use if you're pregnant. If you have metal dental appliances or implants at or near the treatment area, you may feel vibration or brief tingling depending on the individual — if it feels uncomfortable, please avoid that area. If you’ve recently had dental surgery or an implant procedure, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
12. How do I charge each device?
    Charging methods and recommended specs differ by product.
    - Booster Sonic: Does not support fast charging. Please use a 5V adapter and the included cable.
    - Cryo Sonic Pro: Does not support fast charging. We recommend 5V/2A and using the included cable.
    Adapters above 5V — including 9V — do not match these devices and may damage them. Please avoid fast-charging methods such as PD or QC for the Booster Sonic and Cryo Sonic Pro.
